This may seem a little redundant, but I just wanted to see how it worked. Had I not uninstalled all the updates and reinstalled, then I would still have a separate update KB showing. All in all, KB is built into KB Hence I see, cumulative. So, I realize that when a cumulative packaged is released, your system will be checked for the updates you do or don't have, and only download what you don't have instead of the whole package.

And of course, I'm not gonna uninstall and reinstall way down the road after Windows 10 has been out for a while, that would be crazy of course, LOL. But it was easy this time because Windows 10 is fresh out to the public and not that many updates are out yet. And having some insight on the update - when KB saw that the update KB was already installed, it doesn't remove it since its already installed and working running.

Which means that, as far as I can guess, that the cumulative packages somehow now how not do download that portion of itself.
